Harmony is a new design system born from merging two legacy libraries. By unifying the best of both, we delivered a stronger, accessible, brand‑aligned foundation—preserving the components teams relied on while adding new functionality and optimized features. This approach maintained existing workflows, empowered new ideation, and set the stage for continued growth with v1 now live.

Post-acquisition rebrand

One rebrand, many timelines

I collaborated with the brand team, engineers and multi-disciplinary leadership to turn a complex post‑acquisition rebrand into a seamless experience for designers. Leveraging Figma’s newly released variable modes, I enabled staggered migrations, legacy mode for slow adopters, and new brand mode for early movers. This approach preserved trust, avoided disruption, and delivered a rebrand that made good products look even better.
